What Information do we collect and how do we collect them?

  • Information provided by you, including but not limited to, when you register to access our site, subscribe to our services, search for a product, place an order on our site, request for quotation, post a question about a product, report sellers/ buyers and when you report an issue with our site. Information includes your name, company name, position/ title in your company, mailing address, email address, demographic information, credit card information and bank details.

  • Details of transactions you carry out through our site when you agree to sell and/ or purchase goods/ services and the fulfilment of the transactions.

  • Details of your visits to our site, including but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. We may automatically collect following information:

    • Technical information, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your sign-in information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

    • Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.

  • Surveys we conduct for research purposes. You may choose not to respond to them.

  • We may use your information to provide you with information relating to Exstock events. We may contact you by any means of communication for which you have given us contact details, including e-mail, telephone, and post.   

  • We do not store any payment information, other than bank accounts information furnished by Sellers for payment settlement. Our payment gateways (Alipay, PayPal) process all payments.
